[ Pregnancy ] Open Question : 12 weeks 5 days pregnant. no fetus.?
Supposed to be 12 weeks and 5 days pregnant. Just a week ago I went to the OB and he said that my uterus was measuring around 10 weeks and that it was normal according to when I had my last period (10-26-09) So, yesterday I start spotting just a very little bit... it was bright red, then it turned brown over night. My OB had me come in for my first ultrasound to see if everything was okay... he did the vaginal ultrasound, but there wasn't anything to be seen in my uterus. NOTHING. I'm so upset and I've been crying constantly. This was my second pregnancy and I was so excited. I'm so confused because I had 4 positive pregnancy tests to begin with, all of the symptoms but no baby?!?! Where did it go? I didn't pass anything that looked like fetal tissue or anything, and apparently there isn't anything in there to pass. Why was I measuring 10 weeks if I'm not pregnant? What the hell is going on?

Oh... and I'm supposed to go back for another ultrasound next week, but I'm feeling extremely defeated and heartbroken... I don't even want to go.
