[ Wrestling ] Open Question : How to go about starting a youth wrestling program?
Is there alot of hassle to start a youth program say ages 6-12? Other than obviously finding somewhere to hold the practices and wrestling mats what else would I have to do?

Player left his chalk on bed of the table, took his shot (playing a red directly in a line to hit the chalk).
He then picked up the chalk just before the red reached it.
Surely this is a foul?
I thought that no item off the table could be placed on the table during play.
It could be argued that he placed the chalk in a position so that it acted as a marker for his shot.
Right or wrong?
