So me and my wife have been living together for a while now, and every time we do something together, she always finds herself getting out of such a situation because she doesn't want to lose in any of the activities. Activities include video games, board games, and what not. When we do play though, she cheats! I hate how she cheats! She always ends up cheating when she's about to lose, and there's a 70% chance of her losing. Should I just lose on purpose to make her feel better or should I humiliate her in public so that I feel better? I've wanted to make a big scene out of nothing so that she feels uncomfortable and people start whispering. That should make her feel pretty uneasy. What are some good ideas for public humiliation?

My employer wants me to stay late and miss my vanpool ride home. They said they will "find me a ride home." By the way, its raining/snowing and I won't leave work until after dark. I feel this is unsafe and I don't feel comfortable, but this is coming from management. What can I do??
