[ Engineering ] Open Question : LED Matrix Arduino MAX7219?
I need to manipulate a 5X7 matrix. I have a MAX7219 chip, all things are connected like http://www.maxim-ic.com/quick_view2.cfm/qv_pk/1339/t/al says, but when i connect 5V power to pin 19, the chip heats up (burning hot). I don't know what to do (i have 9.6 K ohms resistance), thanks in advance.
