[ Diet %26 Fitness ] Open Question : How do I Make a Workout Schedule for Myself?
I'm a 14 year old boy and I weigh about 125 pounds. My friend who's only 13 can already lift more than me and is stronger. Him and his dad always tease me on how weak I am. I want to know how to make a workout schedule so I can get big arms and a six pack. I already kinda have a six pack. But it only appears when I slightly bend down, then you can see all the squares. A lot of people say they do about 2 hours of exercising everyday but others say they only do like 20 minutes doing curls and stuff. My dad told me to exercise not so much so I can give my muscles rest, but other athletes who are ripped do like 2 hours of exercising like I said before. Right now I struggle just to lift 10 pounds 20 times on 1 arm. Can someone please tell me what I need to get big arms and a firm six pack. P.S. I have access to dumbbells.
