[ Government ] Open Question : North Korea Prime Minister, De facto head of State?
Ok im a little confused here. North Korean De Facto is Kim Yong Nam. He makes stave visits, and signs agreements with other nations. He is president of SPA Supreme people assembly. Kim Yong Il is prime minister of N Korea and is head of excutive branch of N korea. He is under chairman of NDC. So who is more powerful? Kim yong Il Or Kim Yong Nam?? im confused between these two men and there positions. Should Kim Yong Il be the one to visit other staes since he is prime minister??
